Hotel staff was super-helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They took care of me and switched me to another suite when I discovered that the a/c in my original one didn't work (80 degrees at 10pm wasn't comfy at all!!). The suites were clean and everything in them was comfortable. With a/c, a dishwasher, and a mini balcony, it was nicer than my first apartment!! *lol*
Checking into the hotel was not a problem at all. We had a small gathering for my boyfriend's birthday. We were sure to keep the noise to a minimum and respectful. You couldn't even hear the music from outside. Yet the lady at the front desk lied and said that we were to loud and getting multiple complaints. Instead of telling us that she was receiving complaints she instead threatened to call the police and told us to leave the premises. She was very rude and inconsiderate.nnI booked AND PAID for the room for two nights and was only able to stay for one. The hotel still kept my money. I don't think it was fair or right to kick me out even when there were other rooms hosting parties and being much louder.
Amenities were above and beyond the expectations I had for my stay. It had a studio apartment set up with full fridge, countertop stove, dishwasher, and utensils. It had a cool, modern feel and is close to everything: food, entertainment, etc. The staff was amazing, the linens were fresh, they had soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. 5 stars
We rented their meeting room for a club meeting. Decent tables and chairs spread out in the room. Facility was very nice, crisp and clean
I purchased 3 two floor lofts for NYE and planned on staying for two nights. When we arrived to our rooms the kitchen floors had crumbs on them, there was crumbs in the refrigerators as well. A few of the glasses had lip prints. The floors in ALL three of the rooms had HUGE red wine stains. There was stains on the couches. There was debris on the bedroom floors , the one loft beds looked as if someone had slept in them. The one loft toilet had a blood stain. The upstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken. The door on one where you walk in floor part lifted up so air was seeping in. The phones did not dial out. I had to come in and clean my room and change bed linen afraid for any of my family to touch anything. When brought to Diane the managers attention, I was told that there was no house keeping on duty and she did not attempt to try and make our stay better. I am really disappointed , our plans was to have fun and enjoy the holiday instead it was uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I was STILL charged full price for my stay. Corporate was contacted awaiting a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TJUS LOCATION TO STAY. I’ve stayed at another location and did not have a problem but this location is ran down and bad management .
