10 people in line and one person working the counter. This is a busy post office. Please do something to resolve this situation. Yesterday there were 11 in line and 2 employees. It's been like this for months....

I was home all day long and have a letter waiting for me that cannot be redelivered that I have to sign for that I have to now run to Smith road to try to get back. You could have knocked on the door you could have rung the doorbell, I'm sitting at the kitchen table. This makes absolutely zero sense.

The mail carriers throw packages at the door from a distance. A package took 20 days to arrive from the time it left Florida. DeJoy is a piece of trash, and the postal service is forever broken from him and his predecessors. Middleburg Heights post office is the seventh circle of hell!!!
