Generally good service. Sometimes they act as if they wished they were someplace else. Mayb a few months in another country would change their attitude. This place Use to b open almost All the time; but; similar to other public services, they get cut back as our taxes n decay rises!!!

Service, when/if they get around is surly, rude and snarky. Have made efforts to forward mail but has not happened, all I get is notices that my mailbox is overfull. If you'd forwarded the mail to my new address, it wouldn't be overfull. Incompetent government employees who don't care because they can't be fired. Genius.

Clerks are super rude. Dont speak other then to read their script on whether your package has an explosive in it or not. Checked the website in advance for pricing and it said it would cost $1.60. Was mailing a regular bubble mailer large envelope that only weighed 2oz. Told me my total was $8.00 and didnt explain why. Only after I got the receipt do I find that they charged me for 2 day priority which i didnt ask for. I used my own envelope not their priority envelopes so I'm not sure how she decided it was gonna be 2 day priority. Of course after I get the receipt and found that it said 2 day not ground it is to late because there is no refunds on postage. So $6.40 down the toliet on mailing a large piece of paperud83eudd2c

This facility has always saved me from being late with mail and packages. Can always rely on courteous, patient and pleasant people.
