LOVE EZ PASS, SAVE TIME IN EZ PASS LANE. SO CONVENIENT.nDROVE TO BEREA OFFICE TO TURN IN EXTRA TRANSPONDER AND GET NEW VELCRO FOR EZ PASS FOR NEW VEHICLE. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND THANKED ME FOR ALL THE MONEY I SPEND ON TURNPIKE. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE.

I'm on my second transceiver because of multiple & ongoing problems- mainly Max withdrawals because first toll booth won't pick it up and when I go through next toll they Max charge me!. Just went on a trip to North Carolina and apparently they cancelled my EZ Pass transceiver, now I may have 3 different states ticketing me!! I received no email about this or anything else. Best of all apparently India is in charge of the system. Thank you Ohio. I love paying all your taxes and how you put it to good use. LOL
