Very Happy with Pure Physio. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and has a stress fracture in her spine. She has been working 1 on 1 with Danielle and she is very pleased with her therapy. Being that my daughter already is very active and fit Danielle knows the right way to push/challenge her more with the exercises so she is getting stronger yet letting her back have the time it needs to recover.
Dani is a genius! She has worked me thru rotator cuff surgery rehab, elbow tendinitis, neck, and lower back injuries. She used a combination of stretching, massage, dry needling and strength training to bring me back to health.nHighly recommend!
