Awesome dealership. JT Smith was the salesperson I worked with. He was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He never pressured me or did anything pushy, and was actually very funny and enjoyable. Simply showed me the car, the numbers, and all the things they could do to help with financing. They got me the car at the price I wanted, and even stayed late to make sure it all happened. I have never had a car buying experience as easy, laid back, and fun as this. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Bruce and Doug were super helpful and really wonderful. We came in to look at a used Stelvio, they didn't make us feel pressured or like we weren't valued customers just because we weren't looking at a brand new vehicle. They allowed us to test drive, and take our time with our decision. We ended up purchasing and we couldn't be happier with how we were allowed to make a decision on our own time and weren't pushed to act.
What a great buying experience dealing with Bruce May. Can't say enough good things about buying or leasing you Alfa Romeo from this dealership. Outstanding customer service from the start. Bruce gave me their best price out of the gate, and not to mention I also had the pleasure of dealing with Mike DeSalvo the new car manager.
