This dealership has the best service department!! I have been coming here for routine maintenance for the past 3 years. They have the friendliest service staff and they are incredibly helpful. Sent a car from auto body shop with computer issues. Amy in service is fabulous and amazing to work with every step of the way . Extremely affordable as well.nNo dealer shock when looking at the bill.
The service department is the worst. I called twice to make an appointment for a safety recall both times they said someone would call me back after they checked with a supervisor to make sure they had the parts. They never called back. What parts the recall was to reprogram the instrument control module.
Hands down the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Excellent customer service and more than fair pricing. Our salesman Lee was quick to respond to all of our questions.
