Beautiful place, but unfortunately very bad service. We got seated, and were sitting down for 20 minutes, they totally forgot about us. We ordered some coffee and also waited for more time than we should have. They did not even ask us if we wanted more (not even a small checkup). More importantly, my daughter and I ordered an avocado toast and a traditional waffle, we have been sitting here for an hour, just for that food. A woman was moping with a strong detergent, which was very strong and unpleasant to smell ,especially before breakfast. We also gave this place 2 more chances, and here we are, a few months later, nothing has changed. The food was good, but definitely not worth the wait. You would expect them being busy with others, but there was probably like 15 people in the entire building. Overall, the experience was not it.

This is a great place if you like urban eateries. The space is GORGEOUS and the staff are always so welcoming! The food is great (waffles and bacon all the way!) and the coffee awesome! It is a bit pricy, but such a great treat! We went here to celebrate my brother's engagement about a year ago or so, and the staff were wonderful with setting up tables for us (we had a large party and a reservation) and everyone who came was impressed with the service!

We just had a wedding here and the staff was phenomenal. They made having a wedding (during COVID no less) feel magical and as stress free as you can get. We knew it would be beautiful, but they completely transformed the space to make it feel so special and unique to our families and to my sister and brother-in-law. The food there was excellent and they were so accommodating to my sister's dietary restrictions as well as the needs of our guests. We were amazed by the efficiency of the staff and how on-top of things they were the whole night. They cared so much about this event and truly wanted to make this an amazing experience for us and we are so grateful.

This is the BEST place in Cleveland to visit! Not only do they serve amazing food that is like no other restaurant, they offer a wide variety of cooking classes that make you feel like a pro, offer gorgeous spaces to rent/host a private event, have an extensive assortment of home decor items, jewelry, furniture, and my go to place for Christmas gifts!! Whether it's a gift card, or Ohio made one-of-a-kind products, AJ has it all! I love supporting locally owned businesses and cannot say enough positive comments about this place- Enjoy!!!!
