The Nail

I went there to get my nails filled and painted with gel. Once I was done I said to soly I seen a dark spot showing through and she told me no it was a shadow. My nails were painted hot pink. Once I got some they were streaky with purple. So today I called and they told me to come in and fix it. I came in and showed them and they asked me what product I put on my hands I told them nothing. And all they could say was weird and buff off the clear coat and repaint them. Once I was done they looked fine I went home and changed out of my work clothes and was sitting on my couch and seen they were changing purple streaky again. So I called and they told me to come back so I did an hour later and soly kept asking if I put product on my hands. No I did not. I told her she told me yesterday when I seen a dark color coming through she told me it was a shadow and she said oh I never said that. If your not happy don’t come back. So once I was done I came home. Takes me 15 mins to get from the nail salon to get home. I got home and again they are streaky. So I called Linda the owner and explained to her again and she said she doesn’t know what to do for me and when I told her that soly was rude to me she said everyone in there talks about how unhappy I am with services. I have been going there for 7 years. If I was unhappy I would not keep going back. And when I go it’s always after work so I’m exhausted when I come in there. That doesn’t mean I’m unhappy with services. And for Linda to tell me they all talk about me in their language is so unprofessional. So disappointed... 7 years never had an issue and always tipped very well and I have an issue with my nails changing color and I get talked to disrespectful. Never going back there again.

Paid $70 for shellac mani/pedi and by day 2 they were peeling up like press on nails. 1 lady said sure come in whenever and well fix it. The day I was coming they couldn't do me and no one made an effort to contact me to set up a time. So waste all that money. Won't go back. Bad customer service. Pic is day 3
