To be honest, I did enjoy the time there and well- my hair got pretty cool stuff to it and made me look like a rockstar with the spiky stuff. It sounds weird, my hair looks alright and I enjoyed more of the experience of just going there. BTW Jen is pretty cool.n-AM
Very disappointed in this location. I went Tuesday after work to try to buy a gift card, not realizing they closed early. Wednesday I went on my lunch break, stood around for 10 minutes before walking towards the back to inquire about buying a gift card and was told it would be 15+ minutes before I could get rung out. I get it, if there's only one person there and they have a client I can wait. I asked what time they closed and was told 6:00. I left work *early* to get there before they closed. When I arrived at 4:30, the gates were closed and they were no longer doing any more business! Don't tell a customer you're open till 6, just to close the doors an hour and a half early. Very frustrated since I was told 6pm was closing time. Three times I went out of my way to try to give them my money.nnI will not be giving my business to this location. I recommend going elsewhere.
Absolutely just rude. I didn't even finish my service due to the attitude my stylist had for NO reason.
Nice personnel, very pleasant. I will return for service.
Samantha was late, hadn't showered or even brushed her hair. She was rude and did an awful job. I took her advice on the color and it looked terrible. She told me the color I wanted wouldn't look good. I had to come back and get a refund days later, she never apologized or anything. When I came for the refund she just sat and frowned at me.
