Childish behavior at this location. We had went in and saw some friends shopping at the same time. We casually waved as they were busy with their salesperson. We were buying a fairly expensive ring and had questions. ( it’s ok to ask questions for additional knowledge on a major purchase isn’t it? ). When we left our friends were still in the store and one of the salesgirls or managers said to the other employee wow I am glad I didn’t have “ those people”. Little did they know our friends heard it all. They left and let us know. And we wont be back. Many choices out there where to spend your money. Spend it anywhere else. Maybe the lack of knowledge is the reason for not liking the kind of people who ask questions when buying. Just show a little respect and remember someone may be watching you least suspect

Stopped in today to get my rings checked for warranty, the girl could not find my warranty then argued with me that they weren't bought there (despite seeing proof) and insisted that my ANTIQUE engagement ring was the ring we had purchased. Don't even waste time unless you appreciate being disrespected and talked down to. She didn't even clean my rings.....ud83dude24

I have never really enjoyed going to this location mainly due to the “pushy-salesman” attitude most employees have... But their desire to make a sale is what prompted me to write this review. My partner wanted to surprise me with a piece of jewelry with my birthstone (November- Citrine). He didn’t know what it should look like, just that my birthday was in November. The salesman helping him directed him to a Morganite necklace and assured him it’s “exactly what he’s looking for” and that I’d love it. So I had to be the one to break it to him that it was not my birthstone, which was the reason he wanted to buy something in the first place. He looked crushed. While it was a pretty necklace, the fact that they misled him in this way infuriates me.nSo my advice to any potential customer is to know what you’re looking for before buying here, and don’t let them persuade you otherwise. We will not be returning.

I walked in here and asked about a ring resizing. He told me the prices. Ok... before I walked off he said UNLESS ITS STAINLESS STEEL. I'm sorry I'm pretty sure im not an idiot. Maybe he didnt know what he said. Maybe he judged me on the way I look. I work in the gas and oil industry. I laughed and told him no. And walked off. I got the ring from Andrews across the way. I will not be back in here... maybe it would of went different if I'd brought the ring. My wife has it and I was trying to surprise her the comment was not called for. If I was less of a person I'd have said something else.
