Worst experience ever! I order 2 items and received and email stating they were having trouble validating certain billing info. So I placed the order again thinking maybe I messed something up. Received the same email. Trying calling after 15 mins on hold the woman answers and since I put it in my husbands name she couldn’t help me. Now I have 644 dollars in charges on my credit card that will not come off for a week and still do not have my items or a reason why they are unable to process the order! Zales has lost my business!
