I had an ultrasound on my legs at Wetzel County Hospital and Khoury is the company that performed it. Received my bill in the mail and was making monthly payments. Once Covid-19 arrived, I stopped receiving my monthly bill. After several months of no contact from them, now I’m greeted with a lovely letter from a credit collection agency about my “seriously past due bill.” As you can imagine, I was not impressed. This was your error, not mine. Turning someone into a credit collection for a bill that you haven’t sent a statement for is extremely unprofessional. I can guarantee I will never use this group again, nor will any of my family or friends if I have anything to do with it. Any opportunity I am presented with I will tell anyone asking to go elsewhere. I left 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.
