I honestly hate this Ulta in particular. I went in today and not a single associate greeted me or asked if me and my friend needed anything. If I go to Sephora at the Highlands for example and yes it is all high end products however, the customer service is amazing! I will continue to go to Ulta for my drugstore products. But, I will ONLY go to the Highlands for my high end makeup and facial products.
I was very happy to see such a large selection of high quality beauty products, and reasonable prices too. Staff actually know their products and are able and willing to help you.
Great staff. Seem to know alot about the itemsthey are selling. Friendly and quick check-out. Very clean store. Loved that hand sanitizer was throughout the store and the countertop was disinfected after every customer. Not sure if it actually helps stop germs from spreading but it's nice to see Ulta trying to make a difference. I also love the fact that Ulta carries drug store cosmetics and higher end brands as well. They seem to always have sale items too.
Love this place be better without the samples covered but its not ur fault its the plandemics fault so.....
Did quite a lot of shopping over the weekend. Had to do a exchange Amy a tall Lady with long hair was exceptioally helpful kind professional and a great personality. I will be returning. Thank you
