I haven’t been there in a while, they were one of my first audiologist, Due to insurance reasons I went somewhere else for the last six years. In one visit I felt so much more respected a sense of pressure was left off my shoulders with the sense that they understood what I was going through, everyone was friendly and understanding with smiles on their faces. They all wore mask where we could read their lips. Wow!! What superb professionalism and such terrific care for the patient, So happy I returned!!!

This place is AMAZING! The Dr. had great techniques to know how to test my baby’s hearing. There was even a “bubble” machine that helped ease and soothe my baby’s cries and the Dr.’s positive attitude helped turn things around in a great way. I love Auglaize Audiology!

They were very welcoming at Auglaize Audiology. Great new offices and location, not all clinical like some places I've been, but very cozy and warm - is the impression you get from them. Vanessa explains everything like only a veteran professor or professional could do. And everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Great new office location! Staff is very nice and helpful. Traci does a great job evaluating my hearing and making me hear things even better. I am glad to have a top notch local audiologist.

They did great about getting my daughter in last minute! They were nice and their office is beautiful!
