The city council doesn't care about wapakoneta people. We the people of wapakoneta wants trash totes to keep our town clean but the city council will not listen to us. They lie too the people. So I don't think anyone would like out town. We need honest city council members and fair minded. For 4 years we try to get them to change and they won't. High garbage prices and high electric prices and water prices we was told when we went to solar power our cost would go down it didn't. Wapakoneta is know as the dirty town. Alot of people talking about moving to a better and cleaner town. The ploice is bad here .you have too make some of them too do their job's. The get power crazy . It really goes to their heads.
