This location has gone down hill. It's local and thats why it does business. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and there was no sauce. Went back through the line and just asked if they could give me some sauce or add it. The young lady handed me a sandwich with so much sauce that I shared it with my passenger that had nuggets. This locations lobby has been closed for a year due to the pandemic and is still disgusting inside. One day the staff are pleasant the next they are so rude.
I have been warned not to stop at this McDonald's many times. But with the new remodel, I thought for sure it had to be better. Nope, we were horribly wrong. Dad and 3 kids puking ud83eudd2e all night, ruined our spring break cabin weekend.
What a disaster... The andover location is lucky to be isolated away from competition or they would be forced to get an order or two correct from time to time

Never thought I would say this, but McDonald's has gotten worse! Was never was much to begin with but how low can you go?? Never could understand why so many people go here. $2.79 for a soda?? Remember when they gave you a large slice of cheese on the fish sandwich? Still a damn good sandwich!
