Went through the drive thru and was charged for 2 fish and 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 large drinks but only got 1 fish and 1 double cheeseburger and the drinks, and NO RECEIPT I went inside and asked for the other 2 sandwiches and they wanted to charge me for the 2 sandwiches I had paid for already. Very aggravated and they took their time and finally one person decided to give us what I paid for. Can't say anything good about this visit.
Fine for a fast food place near the interstate. The cashier gave us a discount we didn't ask for or know about which was nice but the area is kind of depressing. Food was what you'd expect from an average Burger King but they did get our minor special requests right. Overall, not great, not terrible, just kinda there.
They don't have napkins. What fast food restaurant does not have napkins
The man working the front window is ALWAYS a treat every time I go thru here! His customer service is on point I hope the manager reads this and realizes he is an ASSET and will go places in the future! I love how when I pull up his head is hanging out the window while he is waving and he has the best attitude! You don't get that all the time at fast food restaurants!
