Despite being very busy, service was fast and the food was fresh as can be. Even though an item of mine was missing, they were quick to rectify this without missing a beat. Kudos to everyone who was working so hard and thanks for such a pleasant dining experience.
Glad inside dining back. Love the fish. Always good. Never a problem. Clean. Pleasant atmosphere and ppl that work there are very sweet and helpful.
The worst experience ever tonight at this business. Wait time for me and the lady behind me...half an hour! People who came in after me were served, ate and left before I asked to speak with the manager.When he found the food it was already cold! Free complimentary cheese cake will not bring me back again! Findlay &Wapak restaurant will now get my business! All counter employees need retrained!
It's nice that Captain D's in Lima now has dine in available, but if they are NOT going to enforce their face covering mandate, what's the use?? We visited there this evening. The couple in front of us were ordering at the counter with no face covering while a family that entered behind us also had no face covering. This certainly doesn't make me feel safe and I won't be dining in there any time soon. Guess when I get a craving for fish, I'll wait in line in the drive thru where I know I am safe. If you truly care about your customers and community spread, ENFORCE your mandate!
The drive thru line was long during the visit and it took quite a while for the line to get moving also to receive food through drive thru but overall food is still my favourite the food is Good always hot in temperature and not too oily
