Acceptance Insurance

I own a apartment building in Lima Ohio and Acceptance insurance company is my insurer. A tenant accidentally flooded 2 apartment units and the service I’ve received is a blessing. I happen to be recovering from minor surgery and the insurance company took my tenants comfort to heart and immediately began the process to repair and protect. First to start, after trying to find different policies from other companies in Lima, that fit my budget and what I needed to cover Acceptance Insurance still put me in awe with their rates, attention to all my concerns, how very detailed, honesty, and making sure you understand everything. I have had the pleasure of working with both ladies in the office, but it's normally Jennifer who I end up speaking with. Jennifer Is always so quick to help... both of the ladies are.nnJennifer suggested renters insurance and also roadside assistance when I first came to Acceptance and got my policy. You would never think that you would actually would have use either. Both have played a major part in my life. Too many times I've needed a jump or locked my keys in the car. Also someone broke into my home and got away with a lot of my things last year. I came in and told Jennifer about it and right away she got me on the right direction with my renters insurance. I was contacted within speedy time by Agent Mrs. Gardner who was VERY PATIENT and I mean very patient with me, but she got everything taken care of for me and I received VERY GOOD SERVICE with that ordeal. It was a blessing. At any time I need anything, I always got the help.nnMy son, whose 9, just recently tried to persuade me into switching over to ALLSTATE because he said they pay back for safe drivers (I'm a safe driver of course lol). He is always like a live commercial trying to sell something from the TV to me ud83dudc66 I mulled over it for a while... but I'm loyal to ACCEPTANCE INSURANCE! They have been good to me.
