Can never seem to get your order correct. Please check your food completely before leaving the pick up window. Must also request condiments as they are never included. If you need more than 2 paper napkins, that must also be requested. I've had to return on several occasions to have my order corrected to what I paid for but did not receive.
This place is getting worse. I've personally experienced longer waits and more order issues recently than during their rough reopening after remodel. The kids working there are semi-rude at times and do not seem to care if they get something wrong. Maybe a management change is needed?
Did not have enough staff working. I assume that is the reason for the long wait. They did not allow anyone in the store nor to use the restroom either. Attention truckers, buses, and motorhomes! If you do not have a car that fits in drive-through, do not go here.
Waited 30 minutes in drive thur got on way home missing a whole meal tried to call no answer just hung up in the 3 yrs ive lived in the area they have yet to get my order right the first time
Good service pretty fast getting you in and out still fresh food
