The food was amazing, the service was terriable. Took us a while to even get waited on, brought us our drinks and took her a few to even come back to take our order. Finally got our food, which wasn't very hot, no silverware, no napkins. Asked for some dressing and that took her a while. Never got any refills on my coffee or water or my husbands tea. When we where all done eating then she wants to bring us another drink. Took us a few to even get our check. Then we got to check out and we had to wait again. Never asked us if everything was ok. She would have gotten a better tip if she would have provided better service. No manager or supervisor to complain too. There was three other people when we arrived but they all had their food already. She was good at waiting on them and the guy that came in before we left.
I asked the waitress if the burgers were fresh or frozen, and she said they were fresh never frozen. They were definitely frozen burgers. They were over priced and had no taste. We paid $27 for 2 burgers, fries and 2 iced teas...not worth $5. Very disappointed and I will never eat there again.
Only place to eat in Beverly, Ohio. Prime rib is the best! Still love it.
