Awfully bad food & worst/poor intentional service by staff.nMy story: As a driver, I insisted I wanted Wendys after a long drive: Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger (#11 combo) is what I ordered. Everything was EXTREMELY COLD! unpalatable and stale (onion rings, cheese, Bacon even the Supposedly grilled chicken). Shamefully wrapped inside aluminum to keep it HOT I case! Took it back to the cashier. she complained to a guy close by, “who made it” I case, and that was it. I told them to keep it. didn’t need it any more. I didn’t need refund: NONE!nI should have listen to an elder person, sitting by the entrance while maintaining 6ft, who warned me to get a meat loaf and NOT Wendy’s.nThank you to NEXT door pilot crew who when ahead and gave me alternative and demanded that I don’t pay a dime even when my card was inserted ready to charge.

Very elegant and accessible restaurant. They serve large portions and for fair rates. We enjoyed the meals a lot and the waiters were super welcoming and explanatory. Recommended.

I love Wendy’s. This one, as me and my girlfriend are traveling, was not great by any standard. First, the cashier rang me up for stuff I didn’t order and even at that didnt ask me anything about it. Second, there was no one here and it took forever to get our food with 7 people working here. Third, their employees just randomly walk off into the store to buy cigarettes and other stuff. Cleanliness was good but not great. I would highly recommend that this place be passed by because of these bad qualities. They were out of drinks and had to go get them refilled. Normally this is fine but it’s not fine when there was no one there and they had the time to do it. Also, they didn’t put any kind of condiments on my burger or my girlfriends chicken sandwich like there should’ve been. Overall, I am very disappointed. This place needs to crack down on some stuff and y’all to their employees l.
