1 hour 30 minutes wait for food. New location, be prepared to starve. 4 people cleaning, 2 people making food, food maker keeps adjusting with his mask with the same gloved hand to grab lettuce and cheese and singing with the mask falling down. On top of this, food maker while prepping my food, open faced, left it on the table to take care of a refund, while another employee reached over the food to scoop for another customer. Came back to finish packing the food, but not without fixing his mask with the glove that grabbed cheese. The food itself is one was mushy with undercooked rice, one overcooked meat and the last burrito was too messy and had to be eaten out of a bowl. Drive thru lady was very nice and courteous. A better system should be in place.. this was a nightmare. Terrible!

Line moved relatively quickly. They were very busy, but handled it well. The food was perfect!

Save your time and money, go to the kings mills location. Completely rude to an elderly couple in front of me . Instead of waiting for lettuce to be filled the line worker told the elderly woman “were out next item”. It’s bunch of immature kids working the line that cut you short. I never leave reviews but if you visit this location hope your experience was better than mine.

It’s brand new, give them a break...nnIt’s chipotle. Everyone likes Chipotle!! Always 5 stars.

Ordered food at 7:45 PM. Was to be ready @ 8:30PM Went through drive thru 3 times, asked when it would be ready?!?!? Was told “I don’t know”. Final attempt before canceling order. Received it at 9:20 PM.nnTried to call to speak with a manager. Phone was not activated.nnIf I could rate a zero. I would rate a zero!!!!!!!
