Went through earlier today and ordered the number 1 with cheese sticks for the side. Asked for the cheese sticks to be dropped fresh. Blatantly ignored, because what I received was hard cheese sticks that were barely luke warm. The sliders had 1 tiny pickle on each one, and were also clearly old. The cheese sticks were inedible, so I attempted to call them... 12 times over the next hour. They ignored my phone calls. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not use this location again, mostly because of the lack of customer service.

This is one of my guilty pleasures and I really like their cheeseburger and onion chips. The people here are very friendly and accommodating about requests such as no pickles or extra condiments.

All food was HOT, fast service & all requested condiments in bag! THANK YOU WHITE CASTLE! All very important to us THESE DAYS
