Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is now open in South Lebanon, OH! I went there today and everyone was so nice. I saw all of the worker's busy doing their different tasks, and maintaining great food handling skills. The food was great, and even though there was quite a few people in line ahead of me I was in and out of there extremely fast. I am so glad that they now have a Chipotle in this area, and am sure many other people will be as well. It is located directly in front of Kohl's, and has a drive-thru window (which many other locations I've been to doesn't) as well as mobile ordering and pick-up.

Ordered online. Showed up and the doors were locked with nobody working. Credit card charged and no food plus a half hour wasted. Tried to contact someone online but their app is completely incompetent and just reprompted me for my email address. I guess I just need to get comfortable about this company stealing $20 from me. I’ll never eat at Chipotle again.

Ordered take out online @8:45pm and was given a pick up time of 9:07pm. Went thru the drive thru @9:10pm and was told order is not ready and not sure how long it'll be. Came back around @9:30pm and still not ready. Was told that they are very backed up and doing the best they can because they are doing an 8 person job with only 4 people. Was told to go park at the pick up area and she'll bring it out to us as soon as it's ready.nSat there until 10pm and still not ready. My wife finally went inside to see what's going on and saw that 2 people were actually cooking and packing orders while the other 4 people were cleaning and wiping. The cook was singing away under his mask which causes his mask to slip down under his nose which then causes him to use his hands to put the mask back over his nose. This happens repeatedly which is very unsanitary.n10:05pm our order was ready after my wife asked about it. That's 1:20 minutes for a take out order which is not acceptable. If you're shorthanded and not ready to open you shouldn't be open.nFinally got home and sat down to eat and the food was horrible. The burrito wrap was cold with 2 pieces of beef inside and the beef was all mushy and the rice was undercooked and hard.nI don't think I will ever go back to that place again. It's great to have new restaurant open in the area and I love to support local, but this is just not acceptable for such a large chain.

Unburritobowl! I have been waiting for this day my whole life. I am posting this review to cancel-out another person’s chippy one-star review. It’s a shame this location got such a bad wrap. Because my order was friggin delicious and perfectly cooked to Chef Gordon Ramsay standards. That being said, perhaps I should’ve done a one-star review to discourage traffic from piling up and allowing for a more tranquil experience. I may update this review again depending on traffic.

The drive through experience was quick and easy but the quality of food was horrible. They left off toppings and gave you half the amount of food Chipotle normally offers. Very disappointed since we were so excited about this addition to Lebanon but will continue to drive to Mason for Chipotle.
