Update: Beware. Food and customer service just keeps going downhill at this location. Back to pushing sugary deserts full of empty calories. For a few weeks earlier in the year this place showed some hope of appreciating their customers. Not now.nnOriginal: Order messed up. One sandwich. Very dry. Really a shame since used to have better tasting food. Next time I want a burger I will go some place else.
This was an interesting experience. We had to order and pay at the door, then go sit. They bring your drinks and silverware to you. The food was okay. Had to put on a glove to serve yourself at the breakfast bar. Very odd, indeed. Please don't take it out on the servers. They have to deal with it much more than any of us!
My review used to be a 1 star based on issues I've had in the past with this restaurant. In my opinion though, they have greatly improved in the past couple years. At my last couple of visits my waitresses have been super nice and great at cleaning off tables. The food came out fast and was delicious. The only thing that throws me off is having to order everything at the counter when walking in. I do like being able to pick where I sit though! Also, it looks so nice inside.
This place is so fantastic. Took the wife and kids last night and I am absolutely astounded at the great service we received! The waitress received a good tip!
Our server Chloe went above and beyond to make our visit great. She was quick and got us what we needed. No complaints! Definitely the best Frisches we have been to in a long time.
