Went into the store to have a meal, girl making the food told us they were out of several different items that are usually on the menu but they hadn’t made anymore yet. Then we sat down to eat the steak on my bowl was so chewy it was obviously old or really over cooked. The chicken on my wife’s bowl was not fully cooked then on her second bite she pulled a long hair out of her food that was not the color of hers.. The real kicker is here when I took the food to the counter and asked for a refund the manager said would you like that to be a full refund.. he only wanted to refund some of the money for a meal we ate like two bites and it was not worth a nickel
Love the bowls and fish tacos but are always out of something, even when I tried to go earlier in day
Getting much better again since covid threw a wrench in life!
Order was served poorly and was not made well. Served cold with very little effort.
I had never visited Hot Head Burritos so I gave it a try while waiting for my wife to finish at the dentist. It was Taco Tuesday and I was pleasantly surprised
