They forgot part of my order and for some reason gave me non sweet tea when I asked for a diet coke. We sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before getting to the window with 2 cars in front of me.
Was passing through Lebanon Oh. Stop by my favor hamburger place. Not my normal place but how can you screw up a Burger King! They did... got our order wrong twice. Burgers where wrong so we just gave up and took them anyways. Went to our seats and I think my burger was left in the fridge! Needless to say when we go to Cincinnati again we will not stop there again...
Went through the drive thru tonight. The man behind the screen had a great personality. We ordered a TON of food and we were missing our fries but they got them to us immediately and they were on their game tonight. Thanks for the hot, delicious food ud83dude0b
I always stop getting some food here. I liked the prompt service and well made food. Fantastic work.
The night shift manager heather had very good customer service I was very happy about that because that is usually an issue anywhere you go anymore! She had just clocked in so she wasn't the issue with our food it was good but I ordered a big king combo and it came plain and we didn't order it that way that is my only complaint again the food was very good! All on all my experience was over average
