It takes way too long to get prescriptions filled. They say 20 minutes, you go back and they say another 20. Just tell people the right amount of time or actually get the job done. I don’t know why it takes them so long. I’ be never had to wait so long for meds to be filled. Drive thru line is insane so I go through at times I know are not busy. Most of the people are nice atleast.

What is the deal at the pharmacy drive thru?nCan't you take the rx and then ask them to drive around? Why do we all have to wait ???nThe wait time is totally ridiculous!!

I've dealt with several different staff members and they are all very rude. They talk over you. Don't listen to what you're trying to explain to them. They have lost paperwork. They put notes in your chart for future refills and it's completely overlooked. They just argue and make excuses. The drive thru line is usually packed as well as the line inside the store. Plan on being there for at least 20 minutes. When you get notifications about your medication; the alerts do not specify which household member the alert is in regards to. You have to go online and look who the alert was for. The cost of your medication that's listed online isn't always accurate either.

The Pharmacist, Matt, went out of his way to make sure my daughter had her antibiotic filled on the Fourth of July dispute it being sent to another chain pharmacy that was closed first. Not only that, he had it ready for me within about 15 minutes on a holiday when they were busy and other pharmacies in the area were closed! Thank you!!!!

Awful location. Always 6 cars deep and over am hour wait for prescriptions. They never have it ready. The employees are always chatting with each other instead of helping customers. Worth the time and drive to go to a different location.
