I'm being robbed 800 a week
My boys mom hasn't paid anything in 8 months plus she owes $40,000.00 in childsupport. When ask if anything is going to be done to her. They said I'm the one who has to get a lawyer and take her to court. When I first went to the magistrate the judge ask me why I haven't paid childsupport. I was so stun. She thought I had to pay even though I had custody. Didn't even look at the court papers just accused me right off. The system is rigged for a man. And the childsupport place is only for them selfs. While I raise my three boys by myself and struggle I see I will never get help.
every time i have spoken to someone regarding my case, each person has been beyond sweet and helpful. they have no control whether or not individuals receive payment, they just pass the funds along. i understand repetitive late payments are frustrating, however it is not the employees fault. maybe i have just been lucky and gotten ahold of a nice person, but never have i had outstanding issues with the staff.
