No regard for homeowners.Warren county so desperate for tax dollars. That on US 22 n 3 by Landen shopping center The empty lot by UDF.They approved another storage unit facility.Right next to an already existing storage unit facility.TWO SEPERATE OWNERS..They overided the state law for Ohio which is 150 feet from all residential property. They approved a 100 feet from some residents and 60 feet from some other residents Did the final vote after several meetings WITHOUT ALL BOARD MEMBERS BEING PRESENT. When the property ZONING was changed from residential to comercial. There was No zoning hearing. Was done in the private home of the board.According to the Pulse jounal. No minutes exist for the ZONING change. The ZONING COMMISSION DECISION WAS BASED ON THERE IS A NEED FOR THIS STORAGE FACILITY.There are 4 existing srorage facilities within 4 miles. This will make 5. Storge facilities. Long term jobs that will be created 5 or 6 ?.Landen the Land of Storage. No consideration for homeowners and their property values in the community.. Imbus the owner of the property owns several other storage facilities. He tried to build one in Kentucky and was denied the zoning. Was considered undisirable for the location he wanted to build. As it should have been at this location but Warren county. Made special provisions for the property owner to accommodate one individual over the community and its residents.
