I need to get a TB test done for my work, and this is the only place that my work will pay for it. I am always busy since I work a full time job and go to classes. They only do them on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays which is really inconvient. The last two times that I've tried to get the test done, they have had a window from 11:30-1:00 when they will not do them. The first day the lady explained that they were short on nurses and this was the cause of the timeframe, which that was a lie. The nurses go on lunch, which is insane that they get an hour and a half but okay. She did not have to lie to me. Overall, just bad service.

The ladies weren't very friendly overall. 1 helped with obtaining copy of husband's birth certificate. The new are so bland compared to the original, not as much information.nThis building is old and off to itself from all the other county buildings. The parking is mostly to the rear of it. So we were told to walk around to the front of the building. It was in full hot sun on blacktop. No sidewalk. With heat index of 103°. Restroom hidden well. Pizza delivery person had no idea where to go and we couldn't help her. Not very well set up for handicapped either.

States it’s open at 7:30 am. Waited in waiting room for 30 minutes plus until someone arrived to help.
