A friendly practice. Dr. LaCroix is an excellent physician and his staff are, likewise, good at what they do. They also care. Kudos to you all. Please don't retire any time soon!

Easy to get an appointment, flexible with scheduling. Dr Lacroix always takes the time to listen. Instead of looking at an iPad he is looking at the patient. I would highly recommend.

The 5 star reviews are accurate in that he has relatively good bedside manner...albeit I’d say he errs on the side of being TOO nice. On the technical side, he was completely incompetent. I came in for chronic headache. His instructions “whenever you feel pain start to come on, take excedrin migraine.” A simple google search will lead you to show that this is the EXACT opposite of what you should do, as it causes symptoms to get worse...I did it anyways for about a month because what do I know, I’m not a doctor. Luckily he referred me to a neurologist that was actually good, who told me that this is, of course, terrible advice and told me to stop following his orders immediately.

I have been taking my elderly, disabled Vet brother to Dr. LaCroix for about a year and a half. At first he seemed very nice, to care and educate. On the last few visits, he made me feel I was interrupting his day; too busy and just did not care at all. I have never seen more than one person in his waiting room at a time. In addition, having retired from healthcare, I hope OSHA never pays a visit. His office needs a thorough cleaning.nMy solution is to go elsewhere.
