Sat in the drive-through with other cars before we all slowly realized the store was closed at 9:30am with no explanation. Haven’t checked what Starbucks is worth lately, but I have to assume you can afford a “closed” sign and some tape. Wildly unprofessional to needlessly waste people’s time like that.
It is interesting that Starbucks stand alone locations tend to be more customer oriented than the ones you find inside of Kroger. I went to Kroger Starbucks the other day and ordered a mocha. Standard drink that they make every hour of ever day. The batista informed me that she was out of chocolate sauce and that she would need to get some more. Mind you not can you wait a minute while I go get some and make you one, but no you are not going to get one because I am not going to do my job. Then she went and started doing dishes. Nobody else in line or waiting. You never get that at a stand alone location. I mobile order and my drinks are always ready and hot when I get there. Restructure these inside other locations stores and open more stand alone ones.
I ordered pistachio late today , it’s test literally like water , I tried another one in kenwood mall Starbucks it test way better !!!
The drive thru was really busy but the line moved fast. The employees, as usual, were very friendly and courteous!! This is my go to Starbucks wherever I go visit my daughter.
This location is always fast. You zip thru the line. The purple are always very pleasant.
