Had a great experience and received the professional haircut I wanted.
Great Clips is underrated in my opinion. I got the cut that I walked in and asked for. The only things I have to complain about is the wait. There was an hour wait. I HIGHLY recommend checking in online. I checked in online and witnessed multiple walk ins very unhappy with the wait time.
I checked in online last Sunday at 4:10pm. The online clock told me I had 35 min wait time. The time clock kept stalling until it got closer to 5pm. With Covid times I was trying to be respectful and wait in my car until I got a text it was time to check-in. I finally got a text at 4:55pm. Before I could open the door and walk-in, 3 stylists were standing at the register saying the were closed. I said, but I have been waiting for over 45 min when the original wait time was supposed to be 35 min. They stood there with a blank face and said it again, We’re Closed. I’ve been there several times to get quick haircuts in the past. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.
GO HERE OVER MAINEVILLE STORE THEY ARE GREAT AND THE ABSORBED some of the good stylist/barbers from mainville
