I bought a groupon for this salon, very disappointed with the style, color and establishment. First, it took almost 3 hours for full highlights with cut/style. My style looks like a bowl cut; requested a bob. Plus stylist was supposed to take off an inch. When she was finished at least 3-4 inches of hair length was gone. The salon was disgustingly dirty. The owner left for the evening while I was there and she left her last hair cut trimmings on the floor. Beware, If you want a quality haircut and style don't buy the groupon or schedule an appointment at Hair Refresh in Lebanon.
Really Pam I have followed Theresa for 13 years and love her I have hard to manage hair 59 years and I cannot believe you would dog a hard working woman like her if you were that much of a pompous ass you you wouldn't have had to use a coupon go somewhere elae!!!!
Teresa does a fantastic job with hair and eyebrows....
