The staff are extremely rude and childish, management does nothing to correct or even punish this behavior. We went through asked for extra Mayo and no tomato on a jbc and they kept getting attitude asking us over and over again while laughing on the headset and at the window. This girl shouldn’t be working if that’s how she treats her customers, makes me hate going through there but it’s the only option on the way to work.

The food was good, BUT we sat in line for 10 minutes with one car ahead of us. It took them forever to take both of our orders, AND they forgot the jalapenos on my JALAPENO POPPER CHICKEN SANDWICH!! Not to mention, my cheese fry was basically cheese-less. ud83dude2dud83dude2d Worst cheese job ever ud83dude44ud83dude44

Management & staff at the Lucasville Location went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They made our large order correctly and promptly even though they were closing in 45 minutes! Would recommend for anyone looking for quality fast food to head their way!
