Recently the practice has dramatically declined regarding quality of care and service. Frequently when you call to schedule an appointment the staff act like they do not want to schedule you an appointment and are rude in how they speak to you. Justin Nolen use to be great with care but he too has lapsed as he prescribed me medication that is not suppose to be given to asthmatics and he prescribed it to me without warning me or giving me knowledge on the matter! I’m going to find a new family doctor

I think Dr Nolan is a fantastic Dr. If at anytime I have to go in he has always been attentive and lets me know he will do everything he can and he actually means it. Thank you Dr Nolan for everything

I met Justin Nolen for the first time today and I am so very pleased that he is my new primary care physician. Justin listened to ever single request I had and made further suggestions to help with my medical needs. I came out of my appointment with hope and a feeling of accomplishment. The staff was very friendly and I felt as if I had been visiting the clinic as a regular. There is no paperwork to fill out, they have transitioned to a check in tablet and an electronic computer system which made my visit easy and quick. I would highly recommend seeing Justin at SOMC Family here in Lucasville, you will not regret it!
