Busy place understood seeing how they just got opened up. When I order food and it still takes me 16 minutes after they have done gave me the deserts. Deserts were melted and the food we got wasn't fixed as they were asked and the long wait time. Better luck next time C - I'll be back....
Love DQ and glad the Waverly store is open again; however, just waited in a line for 12 minutes behind 4 cars. Ordered 2 small cones and got 2 baby cones. I was down to the cone before o left the parking lot! Disappointed for sure. This is typically a weekly trip for me, so I will be back. Please talk to the staff about portion sizes (last week’s small was really a small) and consistency.
It took a while to get the food but, it was worth the wait. The girl that was working the counter was smiling and polite.
So Happy The Local DQ is reopened . It's a staple in our family . Great looking New Facility. 5 stars
Have order a blizzard a few times and they have been so runny. And the cashiers don't seem to care. They don't even do the tip over test. And they barely add any oreos or candy or cheesecake.
