They dont send in medicine they prescribe and then wont answer the phone. SOMC is way better and faster! I suggest all people who want good service to never use Adena.

I got a butt shot and then a blue popsicle. The nurses are very very nice. They seem to really care about their patients here. I've never had a bad experience here.

Adena staff nurses and nurses aids are rude and unprofessional. While visiting the Urgent Care in Waverly, the nurse left the door open while she loudly discussed what prescriptions I take, as other patients and care workers walked by. Not that I have anything to hide but aren't there HIPPA regulations regarding patient privacy? As I waited for the Dr. to see me there were two co-workers standing outside of the room I was in gossiping viciously. Apparently, either they don't know or don't care how thin those walls are. I heard every word they said about a woman I know. The work place and a place where people are supposed to be treated with care is not a place for professionals to behave in this manner. This is the second time I have run across this problem at Waverly Adena Urgent Care.
