Working with Bedrock Quartz was an awesome experience. Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We priced out our granite from several places and these guys had the most competitive price. Install scheduling was quick and Jonathan and Israel did a phenomenal job. Several of my friends have also used this company with positive results. Would definitely work with them again.
We remodeled our kitchen and our experience from start to finish was amazing! We were sold from the second we walked into the showroom! The prices were very competitive and Ruby was very helpful when trying to decide between quartz and granite countertops! Their fabrication team spent several hours meticulously measuring our kitchen. When day of install came I was super nervous but Jonathan and Kaden were very professional and efficient! They turned our boring kitchen into a modern day kitchen in no time at all! I was very impressed with the entire team at Bedrock Quartz!
We had a terrible experience with this company. Went somewhere else, was treated great, and better price (With no contractor kickbacks).
Company below responds we were there in June 2017 but we were not. My emails show we were there in March 2018.
I appreciate the company's response and their note that they are striving to improve. If we use Bedrock again, and our experience is different, I will update this review.
My wife and I chose Bedrock Quartz for our Counter’s. So glad we did. Our experience from beginning to end has been spot on.
Steve one of the part owners helped us really feel comfortable with choosing their company. When he wasn’t available he had Matt one of their sales reps guide us through our choices. He went above and beyond to meet with us and talk with us on several occasions.
The install team was very professional and cautious of our home. Afterwards they cleaned up and gave us info to call them if we need anything.
Bedrock Quartz has a large selection of quartz and granite countertops plus many sink options to make the process even easier. Our countertops look exactly like the sample and the install was seamless, thanks to Alex!
The only issue we had was getting our template scheduled, there was no communication about why it was taking so long until I called to find out, the issue was waiting for our sink to arrive but it would have been nice to know this before hand.
Overall, the experience was fantastic and our counterops look amazing. We are very happy with our choice of using Bedrock Quartz.
