Best experience!! I came into Ney's looking for a washer and dryer , and the lady that helped us was very kind i asked if there was anyone that could help me load my set since i had back surgery 1 month ago and would not be able to lift them by myself, she proceeded to call some one to help load the set and they arrived within 12 minutes of the call! highly recommend!

Let me start by saying the appliances work great! The people at the store are super friendly and helpful and do their jobs really well. However... The delivery service was awful! We paid for delivery because we don’t have access to a truck to move a Washer and Dryer. On the first Saturday (approximately one week after paying) our washer was delivered (yay!) they were also going to install the dryer, but because the delivery guys were so rough moving it up the stairs, they had broken it and so we needed to wait another week before it could be sent over. The second week we received no communication from Ney’s regarding when it would be delivered, and heard no knock. We contacted them and they told us the delivery guys tried to deliver it but no one was home (we were home all day). But we decided it was probably an honest mistake and decided to just have it delivered again the next week. On the third Saturday (a full month since paying) one of the delivery drivers was sick and so we offered to help lift the dryer up the stairs with the other delivery guy. However, the delivery guy again did not try to contact us to let us know he was there!! We know because we were sitting next to the door all day again. He dropped the dryer off at the bottom of the stairs, blocking access to the stairs for the entire apartment complex. We figured this out when Ney’s told us the Dryer was delivered and we looked outside to find it sitting on the concrete blocking access In summary-the people in the shop are great and the washer seems to work really well! DO NOT GET DELIVERY!!! You will regret it and it’s better to just do it yourself.

I am very happy with the machines I have purchased , and with the service! definitely will come here for a fridge once they restock them.

We bought our washer and dryer here and it worked for the first month & now we have had to spend money to repair it. They say their washer and dryers are passed and fixed but that is not the case. They should have a year long warranty minimum, not just for 30 days. Very very disappointed I wasted my money here. Don't bother buying here.
