Constant disappointment. I’ve ordered 3 times and had to make a complaint every time. I’m done lol. It’s sad because the food is actually good. I posted a pic of my order on the website you can refer to it if it goes through. It absolutely makes no sense don’t waste your time especially if your ordering through door dash because there more likely to get away with the lazy presentation of the food. I literally threw away $25 worth of wings. Lost my appetite but got a credit from door dash. But what is the Restaurant going to do?It’s not door dash fault they made the food incorrectly.

Just got an order from here through door dash. Boneless wings are TINY, there was next to no sauce on the order with the black cherry flavor. Garlic parm fries don't have the seasoning, no straws for drinks and none of the extra sauce we ordered. (Which would've been handy for the wings that came with barely any sauce)

If there was any way to give less than one star I definitely would have. I've been calling to complain to the restaurant for over 2 hours with no answer on the phone. And I've literally called 24 times lol. Food was ordered and estimated 30 minutes till done and it actually took an hour and 18 minutes before the food was handed to my delivery driver.

Please do not waste your money or time ordering from this establishment. The food arrived cold and extra hard which made the food unconsumable. When contact was made with company they were not concern at all and displayed a nonchalant attitude. With the cost of 8 wingets and fries being $21.99 I expected to at least eat what was served. Will never consider this establishment again.

I live close by Miller Lane and I noticed a lot of the restaurants are so greedy for business they operate under 2 different names Smokey bones , Hooters (Hooties) it’s like if we skip over them and think we are getting something else but it’s really said restaurant there is no other vendor operating inside of this business this is ridiculous
