The waiters are very nice and quick to take your orders
I have been going to Skyline for over 45 years having come from the very neighborhood in Cincinnati where it originated. The location on Miller Lane stands out as superior to the others. More quick than the others, incredible enthusiasm from manager James and the rest of the management team. Service is 11 out of 12 notches. lol. Here is the thing. I had one waitress who came across as if she could not be bothered. She was simply an order taker going through the motions. Now here is the other thing. I probably would not have noticed as she really did not do anything wrong. She just really did not do anything at all and the bar has been raised high by all the other employees which made her stand alone in her own company. Not a big deal but it is worth mentioning because when you already have achieved excellence you don't want one apple to lay a worm....the others have worked to hard for their accomplishments.
One of the best adapters to safety in this new era. Food and service great ad usual...4 stars due to staff arguing about scheduling conflicts in the restaurant.
Good food always. Just don't get a number 3 with 3 more chili cheese and 1 plain dog. The total comes up to a bad number haha.
