If I could give this location less than one star I would. We expressed the importance of my son's food allergies and he wasn't to have cheese on this burger, they accidentally put cheese on it while cooking and just peeled it off after melting and served it anyways. I was outraged naturally. My dad didn't get the biscuit he ordered until we asked for boxes. Never got a single refill of coffee even after asking 3 times. Never was offered to speak to a manager. Put our name in at 1147 and was served and FINALLY walking out at 219. At an IHOP mind you. It should never take more than an hour to eat at an IHOP. We went faithfully in Sundays for 7 weeks and it was increasingly worse Everytime so we stopped going for 2 weeks. Went back hoping it would be better and it had never been worse. There's one waitress who's amazing and sadly the rest do y write anything down and don't care about their tables. Seems like they just want to make it to the tip at the end of it. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in as long as I can remember.

My girlfriend and I were in yesterday and had JW serve us. The guy was awesome really down to earth and polite. A really nice change up for the service we usually receive.nHe's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars.nI wish more people in the service industry had his personality.nThanks man

Waited ten minutes, but was told sixteen, not a big deal either way. Food was hot and plentiful. Had a small issue with my order and it was made right. Excellent customer service, from are waitress, Britt she was fantastic. Will go back for breakfast again.

Greeted by friendly staff, seated almost immediately on a Saturday night, approx 6:15PMnnWaited for food longer than expected, 30 minutes or longer.nnFood was served hot and fresh and tasted great!nnHowever, one of the dishes served, had a piece of paper in the sandwich. (Paper from the cheese slice)nnWe showed our waitress. The manager returned and promptly remade the meal and took it off the bill, which was freely offered by the manager. Very professional.nnWe will be back!
