Second time ordering and both times were great. The pizza was made exactly like it was ordered. Got to my house while it was still nice & hot. Driver was very friendly.
We order from this location all the time. They make the pizza great. The customer service is great! The deliveries are always on time. I look forward to more business with this location.
They quoted my 20-40 for my pizza after 40 minutes it said the pizza was delivered but it wasn’t. I called and they told me they just left with it. Waited another 20 minutes to receive the pizza. I was missing the drink and extra sauce I paid for. The driver said he would be back with the drink, they are 4 minutes away and it was never brought. I tried calling but was on hold for over 5 minutes. The pizza was just fine but the wait time and missing items it’s not worth it.nUpdate: after waiting 30 minutes and done eating the drink was finally brought.
Love pizza maybe things get back to normal.
Usually I like this pizza but...needless to say the service over the phone right down the under cooked, stuffed crust pizza. It was watery and the toppings were missing from half of it because they had slid to the other side. So I called and complained. Once again, rude on the phone. And I have to wait another hour. I'm going to chalk it up and just forget about eating.
