Hot Head Burritos

There Friday around 6:30. Out of toppings, tomatoes salsa, sour cream. At checkout , no longer taking rewards card. This was to be my free burrito. Nope, go on line and download app and start over to collect rewards. Why? They will change before I get enough. Disappointed in selection and service.

First time hearing of it, had an amazing burrito, and I'm not the type given to supercilious praise. Good food, friendly people.

I have eaten at the Vandalia OH. location a handful of times and I have never had a bad experience. I suppose that if had some helpful recommendations to improve upon business, It would be the following.nn- The dining area is boring. Harsh lighting and an uninteresting environment. A fresh coat of paint and some theme relevant decor would help out.n- Make this a place that people want to hang out. You are very close to the Vandalia/Butler football field. If you could make this location more of a restaurant that people want to dine in as opposed to a grab then go spot, it could potentially pay offn- Ensure that you have motivated and reliable employees! I understand that Chipotle is moving in across the street. This could be bad for you!n- An outside dining area might be cool. People have been couped up due to COVID-19 and with summer fastly approaching, they want to get outside.n- Family meal deals! Again, Chipotle opening across the street! Gotta keep them frog skins rollin in!n- Offer menu options that Chipotle and Taco Bell doesn't provide! Breakfast would be a good idea! I don't think that Chipotle offers breakfast and Taco Bell is cheap stoner food. Eggs, potatoes bacon and sausage are cheap. Don't sacrifice quality ingredients.n- What about open 24 hours? $$$n- There is already a Chipotle available several miles down North Dixie Drive, so I don't understand how another one is necessary or relevant.

They ran out of sour cream and the guacamole was bad. Honestly overall service has declined at this location. Ive been having to check the fajita veges on my way in and ask that some be prepared as there's consistently only one piece in onion sitting in the bin and they don't just go ahead and get prepared. I'll not return here again.

Ridiculously good service and quite possibly the nicest staff I've ever met!!
