I did not want to post a negative review of this pharmacy, because I’ve been using them for years. The last few months, though, have been absolutely terrible and I’ve decided to switch. Your prescriptions are never done on time, they are short staffed so everyone is either in a hurry or in a bad mood, and you can NEVER get ahold of them over the phone. I tried MANY times for 2 days straight to get through over the phone with no luck.nFinally, I decided to try the physician line seeing if that would make a difference, and got through on the second ring! I guess you have to pretend to be a prescribing doctor to have any kind of decent Customer Service. So disappointing.

I have never had a worse experience with a pharmacy in my entire life. Its like only one person in this place does their job correctly!

Worst pharmacy I've been to. My sons doctor wrote a script for liquid, and they gave us pills, hes been off his meds for a week now due to this. And I had to drive out of town to get a new script. I'm going to a new pharmacy.nnCan never get them on the phone. Understaffed af. Drive thru waits up to an hour for 3 cars. Up to 30 people in line in person at any given time.

Staff are nice, but Kroger's refuses to hire more people. If you want to pick up your medicine at 10AM, be prepared to wait until 2PM or so. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is hopeless. We'd switch pharmacies but this is where we do all our grocery shopping too.
