On more than several occasions this pharmacy has either screwed my prescriptions up, screwed my insurance up, or just has a general overall lack of care for its customers. Being that this is the closest pharmacy to myself, I have given them chance after chance, and kept holding out hope that each subsequent visit to them would improve. Thus it has not, one bit, and my patience is exhausted. Wether it is asking if they can help with cost and the savings card that were given out by my doctor, alternatives for prescriptions, or working with you and your physician, they cannot do any of it. I would not recommend this Kroger pharmacy at all. Save yourself the frustration, moeny, and time and go somewhere else. They are neither quick, efficient, knowledgable, or caring.

It’s terrible when you go in to pick up a prescription and you openly here the staff making fun of every person coming through the drive thru. Very unprofessional.

Kroger pharmacy staff is literally so slow I cannot believe Kroger even allows those people to honestly work and handle medication I legit called them the day before prescriptions were due to give them a heads up so I don’t have to wait until closing time to pick them up. They tell me they can’t fill anything until the day of I’m like okay whatever. Then I call the morning they open at 9am of course attitude from the woman who answers the phone and then she asked me what time would you like to pick these up I say is there any chance I could get them before noon she says yes. I call 1130 to see if they are ready and she tells me they are in ORDER. Please educate and train your staff more Kroger pharmacy there is a reason you guys have such a low rating compared to all the other pharmacies.

My issue is with their non-communication. There is often enough an issue with either the insurance company or even a lack of inventory. Fine. Things like this happen. What is not forgivable is the pretentiousness the pharmacy demonstrates by NOT informing ME the CUSTOMER that either 1) They are waiting on a call with the doctor or ins company or 2) they are out of or low on stock. Calling them is a joke and so I stop by after hearing nothing for a couple days only to find out some type of approval is underway or I am told my prescription is ready and they have 5 pills instead of 30 and am told that the rest will be due the next day! In either case, they are wasting my time which these people presume is not worth anything! I will be leaving them soonest! This happens often enough that I have had it with them. I EVEN asked them several times to contact me when things like this happen and of course, nothing changes.

I have been in the store 3 times from November 15 to December 15 to pick up my medication I still don't have it. Every time I went in they had 1 person in the front to 1 get the medication to fill prescription and 1to stand and talk to the pharmacist while she is doing her job. The 1 that standing around talking I guess it was beneath her to wait on of the 10 to 15 people standing in line, soon someone pulled to the drive window she jumped to wait on them and was very rude. This woman has been very rude to me as well. So I pulled all of my medication from Krogers. They have shown me just how incompetent they are. will not recommend to anyone.
